RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

There may be cases in which you may want to exchange or return a new piece of gear due a concern about fit, product expectations, or a similar reason. GO Wild Camo will accept returns of unused garments for replacement, provided that the item is returned within 60 days of the original purchase date. If a replacement product is unavailable we will contact you and work with you to determine an alternate product selection.

Returned items should be sent with the GO Wild Camo return form and a RAC (Return Authorization Code) that you may obtain from (store@gowildcamo.com)

Items returned without a valid RAC and/or GO Wild Camo return form, or in damaged or unclean condition will be sent back to the customer.

By law, garments sent in for repair must be CLEAN; you must wash used garments before mailing. Dirty garments will be returned and no refund or exchange will be made.  Please be sure to obtain tracking and insurance for your shipment. We recommend that you ship with UPS or FedEX.

Turnaround time for all refunds and exchanges – with shipping – is three to four (3 to 4) weeks, but may be longer during periods of high volume. For faster turnaround, please use an expedited shipping service (such as overnight or 2nd day). Orders shipped overnight and 2nd day will receive priority processing whenever possible. If priority shipping is required for return shipment, please note clearly on your return form and any additional cost will be charged to you.

In the case of returns, we will credit the original credit card for the returned item(s) upon approval of the return. The credit card will be charged for the replacement item(s) when shipped. If an item requested is not available we will contact you with alternate options.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Please contact us immediately (at store@gowild.com) if you are not satisfied with your purchase.

A return authorization code (RAC) is required to return any item to GO Wild Camo. This policy applies to all exchanges and to all requests for refunds of the original purchase price.

RETURNS:

  • PLACE YOUR NEW ORDER AS SOON AS POSSIBLE TO ASSURE AVAILABILITY OF DESIRED PRODUCT(S).
  • Must be returned within 60 days of the original purchase date
  • Product must not have been worn or altered, and must be in it’s original condition with any tags attached
  • Product must be clean
  • All returns must be associated with a RAC issued by GO Wild Camo. Items returned without a valid RAC included will not be accepted. Please contact customer service for an RAC number.

Refunds in the form of a credit of the full purchase price (shipping excluded) will be issued using the original payment method. A refund issued to a credit card will appear on your statement within 1 to 2 billing cycles.

REPLACEMENT ORDER/RETURN:

  • Must be returned to GO Wild Camo within 60 days of the original purchase date
  • Product returned must be unworn and in an unaltered, re-sellable condition with tags attached
  • Product must be sent back clean
  • All returns must be associated with a RAC issued by GO Wild Camo. Items returned without a valid RAC included will not be accepted. Please contact customer service for an RAC number.

Returns and replacement of products are handled as follows:

  1. A new order is placed for the desired merchandise and a charge to your credit card or other desired payment method of choice is processed. You will receive an Order Confirmation email when the new order is placed.
  2. When authorized return merchandise is received and accepted we will issue a refund or credit of the full purchase price (shipping excluded) in the form of the original payment method.

HOW TO PREPARE YOUR RETURN PACKAGE:

  • Product must be sent back clean
  • Clearly mark outside of package with assigned RAC
  • Insure the return package as GO Wild Camo is not liable and can not provide refunds or credits for packages lost or damaged in transit
  • Ship return packages to the address provided with your RAC
  • Please do not ship items to GO Wild Camo without an RAC
